Router Cutting Acrylic Plastic for Jojo lamps
We are cutting small relatively intricate plastic components for a lamp called the Jojo. Small components are tricky to machine as the vacuum table will not offer enough of a hold down on so small a surface area. We use a pressure foot and tabs to make sure the material we are cutting stays in place and remains accurate. The parts are then cleaned up before going onto be assembled.
